Description

  • Consolidate and ensure the quality of financial and management reporting across multiple entities and countries in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP.
  • Design, develop, and maintain internal control frameworks and manage financial risks to ensure reliable financial processes.
  • Implement and standardize financial policies, procedures, and reporting methodologies.
  • Own period-end closing processes and oversee accounting accuracy at the group level.
  • Coordinate external providers, including accounting, audit, and corporate services, and maintain audit readiness.
  • Manage compliance across multiple jurisdictions in collaboration with Legal and Tax teams.
  • Develop and oversee the group’s corporate structure, including registrar interactions and substance requirement monitoring.
  • Participate in building and optimizing payment and banking infrastructure, including KYC/KYB processes.
  • Oversee group-level cash flow management, including intercompany settlements.
  • Participate in budgeting, performance analysis, management reporting, dashboard preparation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing risk.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic projects and company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-entity, multi-country financial and management reporting, including IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
  • Strong expertise in designing internal control frameworks and managing financial risk.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and standardizing financial policies, procedures, and reporting methodologies.
  • Experience owning period-end closing processes and ensuring group-level accounting accuracy.
  • Experience coordinating external providers such as accounting, audit, and corporate services.
  • Solid understanding of multi-jurisdiction compliance and collaboration with Legal and Tax teams.
  • Experience developing and overseeing corporate structures, including registrar interaction and substance requirements.
  • Familiarity with payment and banking infrastructure, including KYC/KYB processes.
  • Experience managing group-level cash flow and intercompany settlements.
  • Background in budgeting, actual vs. budget analysis, ROI, and C-level reporting dashboards.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience contributing to strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are a plus, including candidates currently in progress.
