Description

Deliver estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid/special needs planning services.
Review client intake information and documents prepared by the support team before providing legal advice.
Conduct client consultations, primarily via Zoom.
Oversee each matter through completion with staff support.
Collaborate with a nationwide network of estate planning attorneys for referrals and coordination.
Build and maintain a client list and referral base through the firm’s client pipeline.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active bar license in good standing in the specified state.
Must currently reside in the specified state and hold an active license to practice there.
Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning or a closely related practice area.
Demonstrated experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning.
Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred.
Ability to work part-time or full-time on your own schedule.
Resume and brief note on bar licensure(s) and primary practice focus required with application.
