Description

  • Receive, evaluate, and prioritize maintenance requests from property managers and tenants based on urgency and importance.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks with vendors and contractors, providing clear instructions and timelines.
  • Monitor ongoing maintenance projects to ensure compliance with company standards and completion within scope and budget.
  • Maintain and update databases of qualified vendors and track vendor performance for quality and timeliness.
  • Conduct virtual inspections and follow up with vendors to verify the quality of completed work.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor contracts, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Communicate with tenants and property managers to provide updates and deliver customer service on maintenance activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing property maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team on budget oversight and cost management related to property maintenance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional site visits.
