Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact and expert consultant for district and school partners implementing curriculum.
  • Drive partnerships from launch through completion of annual district- and school-level deliverables.
  • Develop, manage, and track project plans, grant deliverables, and action steps.
  • Synthesize data to monitor project progress and support goal attainment.
  • Facilitate high-impact professional learning, coaching, and follow-up sessions both virtually and in person.
  • Create agendas, prepare coaching conversations, and adapt sessions for school and district leaders.
  • Develop custom tools, resources, and program materials to support partner needs and implementation.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine program models, professional learning sessions, and delivery processes.
  • Contribute to business development by cultivating partnerships, leading prospect conversations, and presenting webinars, conference sessions, and white papers.
  • Work with partners and the Research and Evaluation team to develop measurement plans and assess program impact.

Requirements

  • Passion for UnboundEd’s vision and a commitment to public education.
  • 10 years of experience implementing high-quality instructional materials at the district or school level.
  • Expertise in mathematics or English Language Arts/Literacy, including knowledge of national standards and teaching methods.
  • Ability to coach in the chosen subject area.
  • Superb facilitation and coaching skills, including leading meetings, professional learning, and coaching conversations.
  • Strong content development and writing skills for creating objective-aligned presentations and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse district and school stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing project plans, deadlines, stakeholders, and collaboration tools.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience as a director-level district leader or building principal.
  • Must be based in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, or another Western U.S. state with frequent regional travel ability.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Benefits

  • Annual compensation hiring range of $105,900 - $135,000.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and education.
