Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft technologies such as Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Build automated workflows and business applications that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing workflows and applications.
  • Provide documentation, training, and end-user support.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
  • Stay current with new Power Platform features and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps development.
  • Experience integrating APIs, connectors, and external data sources.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong listening, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organization, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Good sense of UI/UX design (preferred).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry or developing ordering or accounting systems (preferred).
  • Ability to build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (preferred).
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
