Description

Monitor the community forum at least twice daily, including weekends.
Provide students with non-technical support within the community.
Review violation posts and enforce community guidelines.
Maintain the online platform and support forum activities.
Collaborate with the Community Manager to increase member engagement.
Prepare performance summaries when requested.
Attend regular online meetings and respond promptly in discussions with Udacity representatives.
Help ensure a fun, engaging learning environment for all members.

Requirements

Must reside in India.
Experience with online communities and moderation tools, including forums, commenting, and content management platforms.
Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and take a proactive approach.
Strong internet connection for fully online duties.
Knowledge of Udacity’s services, target audience, and community culture.
Student-oriented mindset focused on understanding learner needs.
Availability across days, evenings, and weekends as required.
Ability to work part-time as an external contractor alongside a current job.
Udacity course or Nanodegree graduate experience is preferred.
