Description

  • Design, configure, and customize Sage Intacct to meet business and workflow needs.
  • Develop and optimize financial reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify pain points, and recommend solutions.
  • Implement best practices in financial management by supporting GAAP compliance and internal controls.
  • Support data migration and integration efforts using SQL, scripting, and integration tools when needed.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve technical challenges, and improve system performance.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and customizations to maintain accurate solution records.
  • Train end users on Sage Intacct functionality and best practices to improve adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven Sage Intacct experience, including implementation and configuration of GL, AP/AR, Cash Management, Multi-Entity, and Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Experience with data migration, system mapping, and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to train users and document processes effectively.
  • Sage Intacct certifications or other relevant accounting certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Sage Intacct modules, customization options, reporting capabilities, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, or data integration tools is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of financial management processes, including general ledger, AP/AR, cash management, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Ability to work a flexible, regular full-time schedule and travel onsite as needed.
  • Remote work location in Canada.
