Description

  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities.
  • Support cash flow administration by accurately processing receipts and payments.
  • Review, code, and process supplier invoices according to internal approval policies.
  • Prepare and process batch payments in line with payment cycles and internal control requirements.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records, including supplier reconciliations and statement reviews.
  • Support accounts receivable processing, including invoicing, receipting, allocations, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Process journals, accruals, and finance adjustments as required.
  • Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and schedule preparation.
  • Assist with audit and compliance requirements by ensuring finance records are complete and accurate.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers on invoice, payment, and account queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar transactional finance role.
  • Strong experience in Australian accounting and finance is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable processing, and payment workflows.
  • Exposure to hospitality, gaming, retail, or multi-site environments is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and perform well in a high-volume environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Experience using finance systems.
