Description

  • Manage daily Shopify trading and site optimisation activities.
  • Monitor sales and site performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Improve the customer journey across homepage, product, cart, checkout, and search pages.
  • Identify and remove friction in the path to purchase.
  • Drive conversion rate optimisation through testing, prioritisation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage merchandising across collections, search, and campaign pages.
  • Oversee product setup, tagging, pricing, promotions, imagery, and content accuracy.
  • Increase average order value through bundling, cross-sell, upsell, and strategic merchandising.
  • Launch campaigns, product updates, and promotions accurately and on time.
  • Track performance using Shopify, GA4, and analytics tools and support technical or creative briefs with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, online trading, or Shopify optimisation.
  • Strong Shopify expertise, including merchandising, collections, tagging, apps, and campaigns.
  • Proven ability to improve conversion rate, average order value, and sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of CRO and e-commerce funnel optimisation.
  • Proficient with GA4, Shopify analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools preferred.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge; Liquid or JavaScript experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong commercial and merchandising mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; experience in fashion, retail, or premium consumer brands is highly desirable.
