Description

  • Manage client onboarding and implementation projects using Zoho Projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate software deployments for new customers, legacy migrations, and add-on module installations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Support, Development, Product, and Sales to deliver projects smoothly.
  • Configure and test software based on client workflows and requirements.
  • Perform data and image migrations, including database split and merge activities for legacy transitions.
  • Identify and resolve technical or data-related issues during the implementation process.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and ongoing client communications.
  • Provide training and onboarding support to help clients adopt the platform successfully.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase implementation quality and efficiency.
  • Handle other role-specific duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or IT project coordination/support.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound technical aptitude and comfort working in Windows-based environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to structured processes.
  • Experience managing client onboarding or migration projects in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Experience with dental practice management software or other healthcare systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools is advantageous.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
