Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions to support Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Field Service processes.
  • Implement server-side logic and integrations using Apex and Salesforce APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.
  • Build and maintain user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Aura, applying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end functionality.
  • Configure and administer Salesforce security and access controls, including permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, page layouts, and views.
  • Develop, test, and document integrations and API calls using tools such as Postman and working with XML/JSON payloads.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and deliver features.
  • Own development tasks end-to-end, take initiative in decision-making, and drive timely resolution of issues.
  • Participate in rapid development cycles and readily adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience working with Salesforce and related business processes.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce development tools and languages including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs and working with XML and JSON payloads.
  • Familiarity with API testing and interaction tools such as Postman.
  • Advanced Salesforce administrator skills, including configuration of permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, security setup, views, and page layouts.
  • Practical knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Field Service business processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and collaborate across time zones.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to make decisions and resolve issues independently.
  • Available for a 6+ month contract engagement and able to provide expected rate/salary requirements (rate open based on experience).
