Description

  • Interpret live conversations accurately between callers and English-speaking operators or other parties.
  • Convey messages clearly in the caller’s preferred language to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Handle calls involving both simple and complex subject matter across healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, 911 emergency services, law enforcement, and general business.
  • Work from a quiet and secure home office environment.
  • Follow scheduled rotating night shifts and adapt to shift changes every three months.
  • Complete a 3-week daytime training program before moving into regular night-shift work.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, including strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in the native language, including fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Ability to work remotely from home in a quiet and secure environment.
  • Own a mobile phone running Android 12 or above, iOS 15 or above, or a laptop with an updated operating system.
  • Willingness to work rotating night shifts for 9 hours according to the client schedule.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with two rotating days off.
  • Open to a 12-month contract with renewal potential.
  • Able to work from one of the supported locations: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, or Cambodia.

Benefits

  • RM30 per hour, with a minimum monthly pay of RM4,800 based on 160 hours.
