Description

  • Serve as a trusted FP&A partner to the North America Sales organization.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for operating expenses (OpEx).
  • Develop and maintain models to assess sales productivity and GTM efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights to guide investment decisions and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, margin drivers, and cost efficiencies.
  • Build flexible financial models for ad hoc analysis and scenario planning.
  • Communicate complex financial information in clear, actionable terms to business partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
  • Strong financial modeling experience with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and solving problems across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle is a plus.
