Description

  • Create compelling, on-brand social content highlighting customers, capabilities, and company culture.
  • Manage Twilio’s social channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and the launch of TikTok.
  • Plan and execute the editorial calendar and social campaigns.
  • Manage the employee advocacy program and equip global and regional teams to share content.
  • Engage daily with technical developers, consumers, and business decision makers to build community.
  • Collaborate with company stakeholders on campaigns, product releases, events, and other initiatives.
  • Create engaging social content for top executives.
  • Analyze social performance data and report on program growth and results.
  • Experiment with new tactics and test bold ideas to reach new audiences.
  • Partner with the Employee Brand team to share Twilion stories with external audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience managing brand social accounts.
  • Ability to express complex ideas in 100 characters or less.
  • Strong idea generation and clear presentation of concepts.
  • Highly organized and able to take ownership of projects.
  • Experience using data to tell a story and demonstrated social media success.
  • Experience with social management tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, Figma, and EveryoneSocial.
  • Enjoys building community.
  • Preferred experience with live video and graphic design.
