Description

  • Serve as the go-to value expert for sales and go-to-market teams in the supported territory.
  • Partner with sales management, account executives, solution engineering, sales specialists, and other pre- and post-sales teams to support sales and expansion efforts.
  • Develop and deliver CFO-ready business cases, proofs of value, and financial models such as ROI and TCO analyses.
  • Work with prospective and existing customers to identify, prioritize, and quantify key business drivers and metrics.
  • Facilitate internal and external discovery to map customers' current-state and future-state business processes across industries.
  • Help lead and evolve Twilio’s Value Selling and Value Realization processes, templates, and tools.
  • Contribute as a hands-on builder to the continuous improvement of the Value Engineering practice.
  • Support direct opportunity work as well as scaled value-related activities across the region.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, value consulting, value engineering, value realization, financial/investment analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with experience collaborating with and co-presenting to C-suite executives including CIOs, CMOs, and CFOs.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and generative AI tools to synthesize discovery notes, automate customer-facing materials, and audit ROI formulas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, especially with Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering.
  • Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills, with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong understanding of how Marketing, Product, and Support functions operate at enterprise companies, including omnichannel orchestration and customer lifecycle messaging.
  • Experience leading SaaS, B2B, or other customer/client engagements (preferred).
  • Experience in technology, enterprise software, customer engagement channels, or martech software (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Remote role, not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, or surrounding areas.
