Description

  • Architect and validate end-to-end, multi-product solutions that fit into customer ecosystems across teams, regions, and lines of business.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation activities such as workshops, demos, and POCs to reduce architectural risk and build stakeholder alignment.
  • Scope and validate architectures for identity verification, authentication, secure-by-design fraud reduction, compliance readiness, data residency, and governance controls.
  • Build and deliver executive- and architect-ready presentations that explain tradeoffs, implementation paths, and long-term platform direction.
  • Document customer patterns, technical shifts, and competitive signals, then synthesize them into actionable product feedback.
  • Drive influence through Product and R&D interlocks, GTM product escalations, and PDLC feedback mechanisms.
  • Act as a regional technical authority by setting standards, coaching teams, and creating reusable assets and architecture patterns.
  • Partner closely with Generalist Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, Enterprise Strategists, and Value Engineers to accelerate outcomes.
  • Serve as an internal and external thought leader on trust, identity, security, fraud, and compliance trends.

Requirements

  • Experience operating as a regional technical authority, including standard-setting, coaching, and asset creation.
  • Proven track record of building repeatable architectures and plays that scale across teams.
  • Experience partnering deeply with Product and PMM on positioning, roadmap feedback, and launch readiness.
  • Familiarity with encryption and key management concepts, audit logging, incident response, A2P/10DLC considerations, and data residency architectures.
  • Experience across multiple product areas within a platform or API company.
  • Comfort stitching together messaging, voice, contact center, and data capabilities into unified solutions.
  • Preferred: experience working in an overlay or specialist presales capacity.
  • Preferred: experience collaborating with product on strategy, positioning, and roadmap.
  • Role is remote, but candidates cannot be hired in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA, or the surrounding areas of San Francisco, Oakland, or San Jose.
  • Approximately 20% travel is required.
