Description

  • Lead annual and semi-annual target-setting cycles, defining top-down targets and collaborating with department heads on bottom-up feasibility.
  • Develop target-setting methodologies across business segments and drive target development for each segment.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of customer segmentation models to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify key customer journey tipping points that inform movement from lower-value to higher-value segments.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure targets and methodology support broader strategic goals.
  • Present target proposals to senior leadership and build buy-in using data-backed narratives.
  • Refine the planning process to reduce planning lag and improve projection accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, systems, HR, GTM, Finance, and Product leaders to drive operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations for a CPaaS organization.
  • Deep understanding of key GTM metrics and levers, including productivity, capacity, top of funnel, and pipeline.
  • Completed 2 rounds of annual planning within a GTM organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build partnerships and influence GTM, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Strong project management and process mapping skills, with the ability to break complex problems into actionable steps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to influence and align priorities.
