Description

  • Lead high-impact technical programs across multiple products, platforms, and organizations with executive visibility.
  • Define program strategy, sequencing, governance, integration approaches, launch readiness criteria, and success metrics.
  • Manage delivery roadmaps and dependencies across Product and Engineering teams.
  • Surface technical tradeoffs, resourcing gaps, and critical decisions, and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with senior engineers and architects to validate technical approaches, integration patterns, operational risks, and security requirements.
  • Establish clear ownership and accountability models such as RACI or DRI across teams.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements such as observability, supportability, billing implications, and go-to-market readiness are addressed before launch.
  • Create and improve operating cadences, reporting standards, readiness dashboards, templates, and playbooks for reuse across R&D.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing technical projects in the software engineering domain.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale technical programs across multiple organizations with multi-quarter timelines and complex dependencies.
  • Ability to engage deeply in architecture and integration discussions and identify technical risks.
  • Experience driving operational readiness planning for complex technical initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment without direct authority.
  • Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs in clear, executive-ready recommendations.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to shifting specifications or standards.
  • Strong execution discipline with experience building and enforcing dashboards, cadences, and checklists.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience at a hyperscaler or Fortune 100 cloud software/infrastructure company preferred.
  • Experience in telephony, email, messaging, social media, or other electronic communications preferred.
