Description

  • Work with the GTM Automation Systems team to evolve a Salesforce data model that is scalable, reportable, and intuitive for end users.
  • Build custom Salesforce functionality using SOQL APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callouts, and related development tools.
  • Participate in technical analysis, document integration requirements, and support integration design with architects and stakeholders.
  • Review code for quality and ensure code entering the codebase meets standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and refactor the existing codebase to improve extensibility.
  • Learn and apply new technologies based on project requirements.
  • Develop solution alternatives that balance speed, quality, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, JavaScript, and Agile development practices.
  • Advanced experience with Flow development.
  • Experience with API integrations, including ETL, marketing tools, ERP systems, and analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting data architecture.
  • Experience with performance optimization and technical debt reduction.
  • Experience supporting deployments and CI/CD.
  • Experience improving security and scalability.
  • Experience collaborating on technical design with a System Architect.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into independent features for development.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting experience in Salesforce.
  • Experience identifying common blind spots and bugs in Salesforce.
  • Experience working with and optimizing millions of rows of data.
  • Proficiency in developing unit tests with assertions for core functionality.
  • Experience with AgentForce, Einstein, or other AI tools/technologies is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Data Cloud, or Snowflake is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a pay-as-you-go business model is preferred.
  • Experience developing and deploying through Heroku is preferred.
  • Role is remote and based in India, specifically Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, or New Delhi.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.
