Description

  • Lead large-scale client engagements and complex project delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop client proposals, roadmaps, and solution options.
  • Explain technical concepts to executive- and sponsor-level stakeholders to support shared understanding and decision-making.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, solution design, and scoping discussions with clients and internal teams.
  • Decompose high-level requirements and user stories into tasks and estimate delivery effort.
  • Delegate technical tasks to team members on large, complex projects.
  • Provide project leadership across global teams and multiple project types.
  • Collaborate with project teams and internal leadership on solution approaches, risk mitigation, and client communications.
  • Architect, design, and define standards for highly complex solutions using multiple technologies, platforms, and integrations.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to other team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery, with adaptability to client-specific methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients across at least eight areas such as Azure compute, data stores, messaging and events, API design and management, integration, AI and search, SDLC/DevOps, performance and scalability, identity and access, monitoring, documentation, and leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients across at least six technologies or practices such as design patterns, .NET Core, C#, front-end tools, Entity Framework or Dapper, relational and non-relational data storage, CI/CD and IaC, Visual Studio, GitHub or ADO, Git workflows, automated testing, and Scrum/Kanban/Agile.
  • 4 or more Microsoft Azure Application Development, DevOps, AI/ML, or Architecture & Development certifications.
  • AZ-204, AZ-400, and AZ-102 certifications are highly recommended.
  • Outstanding ability to present to clients in a business-focused, impactful, and persuasive manner.
  • Proven track record of successful large-scale project delivery.
  • Must reside in one of the eligible states listed in the posting.
