Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ServiceNow solutions within the existing CCaaS, CRM, and CX customer portfolio.
  • Partner with technology, marketing, and sales teams to create and propose multi-technology, multi-service solutions.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate ServiceNow products, implementations, consulting services, and managed services offerings.
  • Deliver product information and demonstrations to prospective clients while coordinating pre-sales and delivery resources as needed.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including contributing as part of a bid team when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client partners to support successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow features, platform capabilities, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, STEM, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS software or solutions industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM portfolio is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to step outside core duties to support the needs of the practice and customers.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
  • Recent certification in ServiceNow Sales, Pre-Sales, or related technologies is preferred.
  • Experience selling to large enterprises and managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
