Description

  • Coordinate local participants involved in the project.
  • Support onboarding through communication and guidance for new participants.
  • Assist with scheduling sessions and ensure timely participation.
  • Support device logistics and procurement when required.
  • Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities.
  • Monitor accurate completion of required metadata and documentation.
  • Work with project instructions and protocols to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in coordination, training, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required.
  • Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed.
  • Comfortable handling coordination tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
