Description

  • Coordinate local participants involved in the project.
  • Support onboarding for new participants through communication and guidance.
  • Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation.
  • Support device logistics and procurement when required.
  • Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and project activities.
  • Monitor accurate completion of required metadata and documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed.
