Description

  • Operate a vehicle equipped with roof-mounted 360° cameras and in-vehicle storage to capture images, video and related data of streets, landmarks and public areas.
  • Follow assigned public-road routes that focus on business districts and historical sites and capture required imagery along those routes.
  • Revisit assigned areas when needed (e.g., due to poor weather) to ensure sufficient image quality.
  • Drive and log daily working hours according to the project schedule (typical expectation: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week; option to work additional hours).
  • Handle basic device and app usage for data collection (smartphone and in-vehicle systems) and perform basic computer tasks related to data handling.
  • Maintain responsibility for vehicle parking and ensure the vehicle is available for project use.
  • Communicate with project coordinators and report issues, route changes, or data-quality concerns; comply with security and project procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid driving license with at least 1–2 years of driving experience.
  • Must have a parking space available for the project vehicle.
  • Authorization to work in Germany.
  • Ability to pass a security/background check.
  • Availability for a project expected to run at least 8 months across multiple city/state zones.
  • Comfort with driving and a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, ~8 hours/day, 40 hours/week; option for more hours).
  • Responsible, reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented work approach.
  • Good driving skills and general automotive knowledge.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using smartphones and common apps for data collection.
  • Good communication skills.
