Description

  • Drive assigned routes along public roads and targeted business districts and historical sites.
  • Collect images of streets, landmarks, and public areas using a vehicle equipped with roof-mounted 360° cameras.
  • Store captured imagery and data on in-vehicle computer systems for later use in map improvements.
  • Revisit locations when needed to achieve the best possible image quality, including in poor weather conditions.
  • Work across different city and state zones over a project expected to last at least 8 months.
  • Follow the assigned schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with the option to work additional hours.
  • Operate the vehicle responsibly while maintaining awareness of local roads, traffic trends, and route conditions.
  • Communicate effectively and coordinate as needed during field operations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with at least 1–2 years of driving experience.
  • Must have a parking space available for the vehicle.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in Germany.
  • Must pass a security screening/background check.
  • Strong driving skills and good knowledge of vehicles.
  • Familiarity with the local area and traffic trends is preferred.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule and long-term field work.
  • Good communication skills and a high level of responsibility and reliability.
  • Tech-savvy with a smartphone, basic apps, and basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
