Description

  • Assist in planning and executing data collection projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Supervise and guide small field teams to ensure adherence to project protocols and deadlines.
  • Use knowledge of the local market to support participant recruitment strategies and optimize outreach.
  • Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and escalate challenges to senior management when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across research, operations, and project management to align fieldwork with project goals.
  • Contribute to training sessions for field staff and provide feedback to improve team performance.
  • Prepare status updates and project documentation for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Market Research, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data collection, field operations, market research, or team coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and cultural dynamics relevant to participant recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage small teams effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience as a team coordinator, project assistant, or junior lead in data-driven environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with survey tools, participant databases, or digital recruitment platforms (preferred).
  • Fluency in multiple local languages is an asset.
