Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through candidate communication and coordination.
  • Actively search for experienced candidates on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates and resolve ongoing organizational issues during the hiring process.
  • Handle and organize large volumes of information related to recruitment activities.
  • Support hiring efforts for projects focused on foreign clients.
  • Work closely with the team to contribute to recruitment results.

Requirements

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • French proficiency at B1-B2 level.
  • Advanced computer literacy and confident use of a PC.
  • Strong self-organization and time management skills.
  • Creativity and a desire to develop professionally.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work toward results.
  • Experience in working with large amounts of information.
  • Willingness to work in a recruitment role focused on international clients.
