Description

  • Support end-to-end project coordination, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including testers and evaluators.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals.
  • Maintain clear communication with management and team members.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Comfortable working with and processing large data sets.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and openness to using them in daily work.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • English at B2 level or higher, required.
  • Ukrainian at native level, required.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
