Description

  • Manage a team of data collectors, including their routes, schedules, and expenses.
  • Provide direct communication and day-to-day management for the team.
  • Monitor performance and quality metrics and take corrective action when needed.
  • Coordinate across quality, production, and other functions to meet program deliverables.
  • Support Project and Program Managers with planning-related tasks.
  • Manage cost control and budget monitoring for assigned operations.
  • Participate in team trainings and support team development.
  • Manage risk at the team level and respond to operational issues.
  • Remotely oversee field operations and support work during non-standard hours.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of coordination or management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent French is required.
  • Good English is required.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Ability to support field operations during non-standard hours.
  • Experience preparing reports and presentation decks.
  • Ability to quickly digest information and turn it into action.
  • Ability to manage a team in high-stress situations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized mindset.
  • Fleet or logistics management experience is a plus.
  • Previous training experience is a plus.
