Description

  • Drive assigned routes through public streets, commercial districts, and historical sites using vehicles fitted with roof-mounted 360° cameras to collect street-level images and video.
  • Operate and monitor in-vehicle imaging equipment and computers to capture, store, and verify collected data quality.
  • Follow specific route instructions and revisit locations as needed (e.g., due to poor weather) to ensure optimal image quality.
  • Adhere to project schedules (typically Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) and remain available for additional hours when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of collected data and report equipment issues, data anomalies, or route problems to the project team.
  • Ensure vehicle is parked and ready for assignments and perform basic vehicle checks and upkeep when necessary.
  • Use smartphones and basic computer apps to communicate with supervisors, log work, and support data collection workflows.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver License with 1–2 years minimum driving experience.
  • Must have parking available for a vehicle.
  • Authorized to work in Germany.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Availability for project schedule (project expected to last at least 8 months; listing notes a minimum availability of 3 months).
  • Enjoys driving and has a flexible schedule.
  • Responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Good driving skills and general car knowledge.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with smartphone proficiency, basic apps, and basic computer skills; comfortable working in varying weather conditions and revisiting locations to ensure data quality.
