Description

  • Drive assigned vehicles along specific routes through public streets, commercial districts, and historical sites.
  • Capture images of streets, points of interest, and public areas using cars equipped with 360 cameras.
  • Store collected data on in-vehicle computer systems for later use in online map enhancement.
  • Revisit areas when needed to improve image quality under poor weather conditions.
  • Follow project routes across different city and state zones over an expected 3-month period or longer.
  • Work a Monday-Friday schedule of 8 hours per day, with flexibility to work additional hours if needed.
  • Maintain responsibility for safe, reliable driving throughout field collection activities.
  • Communicate effectively and work independently while completing assigned data collection tasks.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with 1–2 years of driving experience minimum.
  • Must have parking available for a vehicle.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Enjoys driving and has a flexible schedule.
  • Responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Good driving skills and general car knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Tech savvy with a smartphone and basic apps; basic computer skills.
