Description

  • Manage Tier 1 technical support for TrustArc’s Cookie Consent Manager solution.
  • Respond to inbound client inquiries through Zendesk and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during product implementation and deployment.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into solutions and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer adoption of TrustArc products.
  • Maintain organized documentation, task timelines, and client expectations.
  • Use client-based tools and applications to manage customer servicing.
  • Contribute to product documentation and the enforcement of internal processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Investigate unclear feature requests until the customer need is fully understood.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing and communicating with multiple clients in a consistent and positive manner.
  • Preferred experience supporting enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation, including product specifications and API integrations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers such as Firebug.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, including the ability to assess client needs and interact with all levels of management up to executive level.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project-management skills.
  • Interest in privacy and a desire to learn more about privacy products and practices.
