Description

  • Act as the primary Salesforce admin for the entire revenue funnel, building and modifying custom objects, complex validation rules, and Flow automations that support Sales and post-sales CS workflows (renewals, health scoring, expansions).
  • Configure and optimize Gong for both Sales and Client Success, including building trackers to surface sales objections and client churn or expansion signals.
  • Manage integrations and the revenue tech stack (e.g., LeadIQ, Spiff, Atrium, Sales Navigator) to ensure accurate syncing and eliminate data silos.
  • Serve as the first line of technical support for the revenue team, diagnosing and resolving system bugs and user issues.
  • Build and maintain unified dashboards that visualize business health, including Sales pipeline, CS health scores, Net Retention Rate (NRR), and churn analysis.
  • Own the technical framework for revenue forecasting and ensure leadership has accurate data for new business, renewals, and expansions.
  • Proactively audit Salesforce data and enforce governance and processes to ensure timely and accurate data entry by Sales reps and CS managers.
  • Lead user training sessions tailored to Sales and CS needs and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and playbooks as the company’s source of truth.
  • Design and implement trackers and reports to identify revenue risks and opportunities and support cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience with a focus on Flows and complex architecture.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required.
  • Proven experience configuring Gong for multi-departmental use (Sales and CS workspaces).
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills, including complex formulas and data modeling for revenue forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle from first touch to renewal and expansion.
  • Experience managing integrations and working with tools like LeadIQ, Spiff, Atrium, and Sales Navigator (preferred).
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience building system guardrails to prevent human error while maintaining usability.
  • High-touch communication skills with the ability to explain technical backend changes to non-technical stakeholders in Sales, CS, and Finance.
  • Comfortable making major system changes and adapting priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and maintaining data governance for revenue teams.
