Description

Provide senior-level direction on the design, planning, and execution of coastal restoration projects.
Support expert witness testimony in federal and state proceedings involving coastal processes and restoration.
Integrate coastal restoration expertise across environmental, engineering, and regulatory project teams.
Review and approve technical reports, plans, regulatory submissions, expert reports, rebuttals, and technical memoranda.
Present technical findings to legal, regulatory, client, and non-technical audiences.
Lead business development activities, including proposals, scopes, large pursuits, partnerships, and client presentations.
Provide technical input and leadership on coastal restoration projects.
Mentor and train junior and intermediate team members.
Promote an inclusive, collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, hydrology, geology, coastal science, environmental science, ecology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in environmental consulting and A/E/C, with a focus on coastal restoration.
Demonstrated experience providing litigation support on environmental cases.
Expertise in coastal restoration and coastal processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other business software.
High professionalism, integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to environmental sustainability.
