Description

  • Provide leadership for the organization and guide operational decision-making.
  • Partner with senior management on strategic planning, mission, values, and long-term goals.
  • Develop, implement, review, and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Analyze organizational processes, staffing needs, equipment requirements, and operational efficiency.
  • Work with the operations team to address customer issues, complaints, and service improvements.
  • Assist HR with recruiting for senior-level roles and support performance appraisal criteria and review processes.
  • Help compile the company budget and growth strategy, and execute plans to improve company and asset growth.
  • Manage staffing levels, wages, contract labor, and adherence to business objectives.
  • Ensure legal, regulatory, and compliance documentation is filed and maintained.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations and support internal communication between workers and management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a complex enterprise’s human resources, finances, operations, or strategies.
  • A degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the flexibility to shift between priorities.
  • Data-processing skills and the ability to manage budgets.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and sound personal and professional judgment.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and demonstrate ethical leadership.
  • High level of stress tolerance.
