Description

  • Clarify client needs, including requirements that are not yet explicitly articulated.
  • Develop product vision and translate it into clear direction for the team.
  • Work with engineering to estimate, plan, and navigate trade-offs within system constraints and dependencies.
  • Rethink and improve existing solutions together with development teams.
  • Guide designers with functional context to ensure the user experience works for both business and users.
  • Analyze system limitations, dependencies, and impacts to shape scalable and feasible solutions.
  • Lead discovery workshops, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and define business goals and gaps.
  • Research assumptions, competitors, and market opportunities to inform product decisions.
  • Translate business needs into specifications, user flows, and product vision.
  • Track product success metrics, analyze usage data, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in BA or Product Analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills for working with native-speaking clients.
  • Ability to explain thinking clearly to clients, engineers, and designers.
  • Curious, analytical mindset with a strong "what if" and "why not" approach.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and planning for alternative solutions.
  • Understanding of UX, technical implications, and the connection between business needs, users, and system realities.
