Description

  • Proactively gather marketing assets, technical specifications, and property details from builder websites and documents.
  • Read and interpret basic floor plans to identify room counts, master suite locations, bathroom configurations, and similar features.
  • Capture and document property information such as exterior images, square footage, and parking details from builder materials.
  • Ensure listing data is accurate, complete, and consistent before submission to MLS platforms.
  • Perform quality checks to confirm listing information matches the builder source documents.
  • Troubleshoot routine issues independently and escalate only unusual or complex problems to the COO.

Requirements

  • Ability to think at a high level and understand the full scope of a property listing without constant supervision.
  • Comfort reading standard architectural floor plans to extract property specifications.
  • Strong independent problem-solving ability with a proactive, "figure-it-out" attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail for precise data entry and inventory accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, MLS systems, and external web portals.
  • Full-time availability for a 40-hour workweek.
  • Ability to work US timezone hours, Monday through Friday.
  • A distraction-free work-from-home setup.
  • Laptop or desktop computer with at least 8GB RAM and an i5 processor.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
