Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Generate leads and set appointments.
  • Close sales and consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators.
  • Accurately update CRM systems with client information and sales progress.

Requirements

  • Call center experience within the past 2 years is essential.
  • Ability to adapt English accent to American English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpretation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 10 MBPS download/upload speed and a functional home office setup.
  • A working computer that meets the specified hardware and operating system requirements.
  • At least 8 GB of RAM installed on the computer.
  • Quiet workspace suitable for professional phone or video calls.
