Description

  • Manage active residential and commercial solar projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Track project milestones, remove obstacles, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Coordinate procurement of equipment and materials for ongoing projects.
  • Monitor lead times, vendor relationships, pricing, and supply chain issues.
  • Coordinate permit applications, inspections, and utility communications.
  • Process manufacturer warranty claims and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Coordinate subcontractors and specialty contractors, including scopes and scheduling.
  • Work closely with Scheduling, Sales/Estimating, Residential, and Commercial teams on project updates and risk management.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience within the solar industry.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with procurement and purchasing.
  • Experience coordinating permitting processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Experience handling manufacturer warranty claims and RMA processes (preferred).
  • Experience working with SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla, SMA, Fronius, Generac, FranklinWH, or other major solar manufacturers (preferred).
  • Understanding of residential and commercial solar systems (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating inspections and utility requirements (preferred).
  • Experience using CRM or field service management software such as Zoho or RazorSync (preferred).
