Description

  • Monitor and support network and infrastructure stability.
  • Coordinate with Lanworks on firewall and server issues and escalate complex incidents as needed.
  • Administer domain controllers and maintain file servers, database servers, and remote desktop systems.
  • Perform routine system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 users, licenses, and SharePoint access.
  • Coordinate Microsoft 365 licensing requests with IT Weapons Inc.
  • Provide daily support for MedaPlus and Bos+ applications.
  • Troubleshoot C# and legacy Visual FoxPro components and resolve production issues during business hours.
  • Support telecom systems, office hardware, printer, and fax services in coordination with vendors.
  • Provide user support for hardware, software, and internet issues, including onboarding and offboarding account, device, and access setup/removal.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure and support experience in an organization of similar complexity.
  • Strong experience with network and server administration.
  • Experience with virtualized server environments.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with firewall and security support.
  • Coding and programming experience, including C#, with the ability to troubleshoot production environments.
  • Experience supporting legacy systems in live environments.
  • Strong coordination experience working with external IT vendors.
  • Fluent spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to respond quickly to operational issues.
