Description

  • Process Accounts Payable transactions, including vendor invoices and payments.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, customer invoicing, payment tracking, and overdue-account follow-ups.
  • Prepare and send accurate invoices on schedule.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
  • Record and categorize financial transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, customers, vendors, and internal teams by email.
  • Assist with basic financial reports and other bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely completion of recurring deadlines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related finance role.
  • Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and invoicing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written English and professional email communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and accounting systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage recurring financial deadlines.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on resolutions.
  • Reliable, organized, and accountable for assigned tasks.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, for 40 hours per week.
