Description

  • Design and execute the enterprise AI enablement strategy to improve productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of enterprise AI tools in partnership with IT, Communications, and business leaders.
  • Create learning pathways, resources, and just-in-time training for employees at different levels of AI readiness.
  • Develop AI fluency programs covering prompt engineering, workflow integration, and critical evaluation of AI outputs.
  • Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure AI adoption, productivity gains, and employee confidence.
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and continuously refine enablement strategies.
  • Design, build, and facilitate leadership development programs for managers and senior leaders.
  • Upskill leaders in trust-building, talent development, courageous conversations, coaching, and team effectiveness.
  • Enable leaders to use AI tools to reduce administrative work and focus more on leadership and team connection.
  • Partner with People Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and embed learning into the employee journey.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field with progressive responsibility.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI enablement, digital transformation, or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve your own work and help others do the same.
  • Track record of designing and delivering training programs that drive measurable behavior change.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect workforce development initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for engaging workshops, training sessions, and cohort experiences for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to make complex topics accessible and inspire action across the organization.
  • Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar, preferred.
  • Coaching certification or executive coaching experience, preferred.
  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles, preferred.
  • Background in change management methodologies, preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or high-growth startup environments, preferred.
