Description

Own the full design process from discovery through delivery and impact measurement.
Design the habit layer, including streaks, rewards, progression systems, and feedback loops.
Create clear, usable dashboards, reports, journals, and learning flows for dense data-heavy experiences.
Design AI-native interactions so machine-learning insights surface naturally at the right moments.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define the right problems and solutions.
Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder alignment sessions when needed.
Work directly under the Head of Design as the first dedicated designer on the product.
Measure design success by user outcomes and product impact, not just delivered screens.

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience, or 3+ years if exceptionally strong.
Strong end-to-end product design skills spanning UX strategy and UI craft.
Proven experience shipping gamification and habit-building features that improved retention.
Experience designing for data-heavy products and making dense information accessible.
Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes rather than tickets or outputs.
Must have EMEA time zone overlap.
Experience with AI-native products or ML-powered features is preferred.
Personal or professional background in trading, fintech, or financial applications is preferred.
Facilitation experience with design sprints and workshops is a plus.
Experience as the sole or lead designer on a product is a plus.
