Description

  • Manage customer onboarding, platform configuration, and content projects.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks using internal systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal Content, Support, and Implementation teams to execute projects on time.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including scope notes, progress updates, and QA signoffs.
  • Work directly with customers to resolve issues, gather input, and guide setup decisions.
  • Escalate issues when needed while maintaining a customer-success mindset.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help increase team efficiency.
  • Track and meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and scope and timeline adherence.
  • Contribute to team playbooks and knowledge articles for internal reuse.
  • Capture recurring customer questions and configuration pain points and relay feedback to Product and senior PS consultants.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, support, or project coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate business goals into structured implementation tasks.
  • Familiarity with web applications, basic project management tools, and content systems.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time.
  • Remote candidates must reside outside Minnesota; Minnesota-based candidates follow a hybrid schedule with three on-site days per week in St. Louis Park, MN.
  • Experience supporting implementation or customer onboarding processes is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
