Description

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on infrastructure and architecture decisions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, including bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on backend development.
  • Strong understanding of scalable design principles.
  • Experience with at least one programming language and web development technologies.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong motivation to learn and grow as a software backend engineer.
  • Passion for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems (preferred).
  • Openness to learning on the job; not expected to check every box.
