Description

  • Record household activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, gardening, and walking the dog from a first-person perspective.
  • Capture videos in your home, yard, garage, or workspace.
  • Follow the project’s recording guidelines for each session.
  • Mount the camera at forehead or eye level with a downward angle to keep hand movements visible.
  • Upload completed videos through the designated project app.
  • Ensure recordings clearly show useful, intentional tasks without unnecessary pauses or unnatural movements.

Requirements

  • Own or have access to a smartphone or camera capable of at least 30 FPS and 1080p resolution.
  • Use an iPhone 12+, Google Pixel 6+, Samsung Galaxy S21+, or comparable device with a wide-angle/0.5x lens.
  • Use the designated D&A application for video capture and uploads.
  • Record videos that are clear, stable, well-lit, and at least 15 seconds long.
  • Mount the device to provide an egocentric, first-person viewpoint.
