Description

  • Record hands-on household tasks from an egocentric point of view in residential settings.
  • Capture common activities such as room tidy-up, dishes cleanup, laundry, and home mapping.
  • Follow strict data-capture specifications and task instructions.
  • Ensure recordings reflect geographic and task diversity.
  • Provide footage that shows intentional, useful task execution without unnecessary pauses or contrived movements.

Requirements

  • Own or have access to a smartphone or camera capable of at least 30 FPS and 1080p resolution.
  • Mount the device at forehead or eye level to capture an egocentric, downward-facing perspective.
  • Use the designated D&A application for all data capture and upload.
  • Produce clear, stable, well-lit videos that are at least 15 seconds long.
  • Record tasks with full attention and accurate depiction of the activity.
  • Ability to complete hands-on household tasks such as dishes, laundry, tidying, and similar chores.
  • Experience with or willingness to follow detailed capture and quality guidelines.
