Description

  • Serve as the customer’s primary relationship manager and point of contact throughout the onboarding phase.
  • Partner with restaurant owners and management teams to implement xtraCHEF by Toast products.
  • Create and lead implementation plans from kickoff through activation, tracking milestone progress.
  • Manage multiple onboarding engagements at once, including a backlog of 80+ restaurants.
  • Provide post-activation guidance and follow-up training to support smooth customer transition.
  • Enable customers to use the platform for daily restaurant operations, including sales reporting and food cost management.
  • Adapt onboarding and educational materials into Mandarin for non-English speaking stakeholders.
  • Prioritize work based on customer needs and Toast requirements while working autonomously.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations roles with long-term customer relationships of 4–6 weeks or more.
  • Experience with COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and inventory analysis in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industries.
  • Comfort with direct customer outreach by phone to guide users through the implementation lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a changing environment with competing priorities.
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding goals, including backlog hygiene and high-quality customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and influencing skills.
  • 1+ years of experience using POS software, ideally in the service industry, is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, customer retention, tech/SaaS companies, restaurant software implementation, new product launches, or training/development is preferred.

Benefits

  • Starting pay of $70,000–$80,000 USD for Zone A, $60,000–$70,000 USD for Zone B, or $55,000–$65,000 USD for Zone C.
