Description

  • Lead the immigration team and oversee a variety of US and Canada immigration cases.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Review and prepare immigration applications and petitions for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather required documentation and guide them through the immigration process.
  • Track case deadlines and manage submissions to ensure timely filing and compliance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team members and clients on immigration-related questions and support needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in immigration law, preferably with a strong focus on US and Canadian immigration systems.
  • Experience managing a team and overseeing immigration processes is highly desired.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration procedures, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
  • Paralegal certification or a relevant degree in law, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
