Description

  • Partner with client stakeholders to align business strategy, analytics, decision frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Translate business challenges into technical specifications, data science roadmaps, and actionable projects.
  • Manage deliverables and milestones across technical teams and client stakeholders.
  • Analyze property and portfolio data and convert findings into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Prototype functional solutions using Generative AI, agentic AI, and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Coordinate data science, machine learning, and software engineering teams to deliver robust client solutions.
  • Support strategic AI adoption, cloud-native data modernization, and analytics transformation engagements.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy consulting, data science consulting, or real estate decision analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge technical execution, project management, and client delivery.
  • Hands-on proficiency with LLM and AI platforms for workflow automation and prototyping; OpenAI experience is preferred.
  • Strong experience working with structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, Excel, and enterprise BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience framing hypotheses, solving ambiguous business problems, and presenting recommendations to executives.
  • Understanding of real estate business processes, including property management, asset performance, and valuation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Dataiku or other enterprise analytics platforms (preferred).
